Operated and billed by Hangzhou Xiangkuo Technology Co., Ltd. The membership start and end dates are shown before purchase. If the same date does not exist next month, the period ends on that month's final day. Free promotional credits are managed separately and expire as described when granted.

Within 7 days of payment, unused paid credits with no active reservations qualify for a full refund to the original payment method. During membership validity, other refunds are proportional to unused paid credits in the original order, without a fee, rounded to the nearest CNY cent. Gift credits have no cash value. For example, a CNY 49 Plus order with 1000 of 1250 credits remaining refunds CNY 39.20.

Refunds first hold the relevant credits and check active tasks. Completion revokes remaining paid credits and membership benefits for the period. Failed refunds can be retried; requesting a refund does not confirm receipt. Normally expired credits are not included in proportional refunds; service failures and disputes can still be reviewed.

Upgrade Plus to Pro once per period for CNY 50 and 1500 additional credits. The expiry date stays the same, with no daily proration. An upgrade not activated before expiry is refunded in full. A refund after upgrading ends membership for this period; the base and upgrade orders are settled separately.

To move from Pro to Plus, choose Plus when purchasing your next period. Current benefits remain and no difference is refunded. Early period restarts, future period stacking and credit top-ups are unavailable.
